Is Wonderland SPIEGELTENT AN INDOOR VENUE?

Yes, Wonderland Spiegeltent in an indoor venue. We do however have our outdoor garden that is not undercover.

Can I bring Food and Drinks?

No, Wonderland Spiegeltent is a fully catered event with a sunset bar and food vans available. We do allow parents and carers to bring snack and drinks for the children.

Patrons are welcome to bring a water bottle.

Can I bring children? 

Yes, absolutely! We have family friendly shows available, please see the shows write ups for age restrictions. As Wonderland Spiegeltent is a licensed venue all patrons 17 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

What payments do you accept? 

We accept card (EFTPOS, MASTERCARD & VISA).

What time does the performance start?

Please see your ticket for showtime and the time that doors will open. We recommend arriving when doors open to give you plenty of time to be seating for the start of the event.

‘What’s included with the BOOTH?’

All booth tickets include table service and the exclusive table.

Patrons are able to order beverages from their table with our online app ‘Mr Yum’

For this season, no drinks packages are available with the Booth.

Can I take photos of the show?

Unless otherwise specified upon entry you may take photos of the performance, however strictly no flash photography for any performance is permitted. Please ensure your flash is off prior to entering.

Is there a smoking area?

 There is a designated smoking area outside the venue.

What happens to lost property? 

All lost property that is found is held by Wonderland Spiegeltent until the conclusion of the season. If you have lost property to report please let our friendly staff know or call (03) 9602 1311.

 

What food is available? 

Wonderland Spiegeltent has a food van on site offering donuts and twisted chips as well as delicious treats such as popcorn and fairy floss.

Can I bring my dog or pet?

No, strictly no animals are to be brought into Wonderland Under The Stars.

Is there an ATM on site?

No, there is no ATM on site. This event is cashless, card payments only.

Is there accommodation on site?

No, this is not a camping event but there is plenty of beautiful accommodation available walking distance nearby.

What are your policies on responsible service of alcohol? 

Wonderland Spiegeltent follows the Liquor License guidelines.

What disabled facilities do you have?

Wonderland Spiegeltent will have disabled toilets available at all events. An area is also available to patrons, please call our friendly team to organise prior to the event.

DO YOU ACCEPT companion cards?

Yes. Please call the team on 03 9602 1311 to book your tickets with a Companion card.

Will the event be cancelled if it rains?

No, the event will go ahead with rain, no refunds are given in the event of wet weather.

Is alcohol available and can I BYO? 

Wonderland Spiegeltent is a licensed venue with alcoholic beverages available for purchase for certain performances.

Strictly no BYO of alcohol is permitted. It is a condition of entry that a bag search may occur and possession of alcoholic beverages may be confiscated by the Promoter.

Do you have Security?

Yes, Wonderland Spiegeltent is a licensed venue and does have security during liquor service.

Is Wonderland Under The Stars under cover?

No, Wonderland Under The Stars is an open-air, outdoor event space.

Can I bring Food and Drinks?

No, Wonderland Under The Stars is a fully catered event with a sunset bar and food stalls available. We do allow parents and carers to bring snack and drinks for the children.

Patrons are welcome to bring a water bottle.

Can I bring children? 

Yes, absolutely! We have family friendly shows available, please see the shows write ups for age restrictions. As Wonderland Under The Stars is a licensed venue all patrons 17 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

We accept cash or card (EFTPOS, MASTERCARD & VISA).

What do I wear? 

For day events prepare for warm weather, remember to ‘Slip, Slop, Slap’ and thongs are allowed. The event will also have a sunscreen station. For the evening sessions 18+ events smart/casual required and tropical glam thongs allowed!

What time does the performance start?

Please see your ticket for showtime and the time that doors will open. We recommend arriving when doors open to give you plenty of time to be seating for the start of the event.

‘What’s included with the tables?’

All table tickets include table service and the exclusive table for the number of patrons (2, 4 or 8) as well as;

Table of 8: Beverages (either 4 bottles of house wine or 16 beers for the table to share).

Table of 4: Beverages (either 2 bottles of house wine or 8 beers for the table to share).

Table of 2: A bottle of house wine to share.

Is this a Spiegeltent?

No, Wonderland Under The Stars is an open air theatre, an arts and entertainment playground for all ages. The event has been created by the team that has presented the Wonderland Spiegeltent previously. A brand new Pop Up venue with tropical vibes and a Sunset Bar as well as the same world class entertainment!

What food is available? 

Wonderland Under The Stars  offer food vendors and stalls along with catered Food and Beverage Packages that are purchased along with a table ticket to the performance.

Can I bring my dog or pet?

No, strictly no animals are to be brought into Wonderland Under The Stars.
